Productized Funnel That Pays or I Work Free: A Real Offer

In May 2025 I sold one package five times without a sales call. The page listed one promise: a productized funnel for a local service that either pays for itself in 45 days or I work the second cycle free. The page also listed the conditions in the same viewport: ad budget separate, owner replies to leads within two hours, offer stays fixed for 45 days. Three buyers asked about the guarantee on the call. I read the conditions aloud. They bought. One funnel paid in 23 days. One paid in 41. One needed the free extension and paid in 63.

Screenshot: funnel package page section 2025-05-14, Plausible shows 312 visits to 11 purchases in 21 days, ad spend $420, revenue tracked $1,840.

What productized means here

Productized means fixed scope with a fixed price and a fixed handoff, not custom discovery. I sell one shape for one buyer: local services with a clear appointment or order. The shape is the same for each buyer, only the face changes.

  • Ideas: I interview the owner for one hour and write five ad angles from real jobs, not theory.
  • Landing: one page built on the skeleton that converts: hero with promise and form, three outcome bullets, price, proof, FAQ, sticky CTA. The owner edits price and hours alone. Those blocks come from Agentic UI Patterns That Actually Convert.
  • Copy: I draft with a local LLM then rewrite aloud. No adjective stays unless I can point to it on screen.
  • Email automation: three letters day 0, 1, and 7 plus one cart style reminder for missed bookings. Each letter names the next step, not the brand. The same three letters run longer as a repeat cycle, and I show that math in LTV +35% via Funnel Redesign: From One-Off Sale to Repeat Cycle.
  • Meta creatives: three image sets and two short videos cut from the same shoot. One angle per creative, one CTA per creative.
  • One month of ad guidance: I set the campaign, the owner funds the ad account, I tune angles weekly. No media fee hidden.

The guarantee and its borders

The guarantee says: if the funnel does not cover its own build fee from tracked bookings or orders in 45 days, I extend guidance and tuning free through the second 45 day cycle. The borders make the guarantee honest and keep the site honest too. Site-wide I make no growth promises. Inside this funnel page I make one promise with walls:

  • Ad budget stays separate and at least $300 for the first cycle. Traffic costs money. When the owner has no ad budget, I point at the channels that still brought visitors in 2026: Free Traffic in 2026: What Actually Works.
  • Owner replies to new leads within two working hours and logs them in the sheet I give.
  • Offer, price, and availability stay unchanged for 45 days. No mid-cycle pivot.
  • Tracking stays on: form submit, call click, and booking confirmation fire. If tracking breaks, we pause the clock.

Those walls let me keep the word guarantee on one page without putting it on the whole site.

The math I show buyers

I show the table before I ask for payment. Build fee $1,200, ad spend $420 in 21 days, 11 sales at average $167 equals $1,837 revenue. The funnel paid for the build and the ads in one cycle. I also show the case that needed extension: same build fee, $610 ad spend over 63 days, 14 sales at $143 equals $2,002 revenue. The guarantee triggered at day 45, I worked 18 days free, the second cycle closed the gap. Both tables live on the page. Buyers see both.

How I ship it without calls

All work runs async on Trello. I post a Loom when I move a card. The owner approves with a check. Fixed price, daily progress, no meetings. That flow ships in seven to nine days from payment to live, not counting ad review.

What to copy if you sell services

Sell one shape, write its borders, show the math with two cases including one that used the guarantee. Put the guarantee on the package page, not on your home. Your home sells trust. Your package page sells a deal.

Read enough? Put it to work

I use these methods on paid work. See what that costs.
