Why this blog exists

I ship products with React, Next.js and Postgres. I also design for AI and lead hybrid teams. Crews move this faster than any single model does, and I argue for that in AI Team Culture Over Models: How Full-Stack Crews Ship. Here I share what I measured, what failed, and what I would do again. The conversion work has a pipeline shape, and I draw that pipeline in CRO as a Pipeline: From Analytics to Revenue.

You will find three tracks: Full-stack notes, AI/UX patterns, and team practices. Each post names tools, shows numbers, and links to code. The track I update most often is interface work that acts on its own, laid out in Designing Interfaces That Act: The Agentic UI Guide.
