A real estate team that keeps its own feed

Comfort City is a Kyiv agency selling flats and posting about them on Instagram. The build covered both halves of that job.

  1. Listings as blocks the team can move. Inventory turns over weekly, so a listing behaves like data with a photo attached. Nobody rebuilds a page because one flat sold.
  2. Agent cards before the ask. A buyer calls a person, so the site introduces the team first and asks for a phone number after.
  3. One lead form, one queue. An enquiry from a post and an enquiry from the site land in the same flow, so nobody hunts through two inboxes.
  4. Instagram templates the team fills. Typeface, margins and layout live in the file, so an agent publishes the same look on a weekday morning without booking a designer.

An agency's brand is how its feed looks a month from now. Hand the tools to the people who post.
